Desert Air's Friendly Office Staff		 We are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. to take your calls or direct you to the appropriate person to answer any questions you may have.

We have five secretaries; four that answer the phones along with doing our bookkeeping and billing in-house. The fifth secretary, specifically working dispatch to make sure all our service calls are being handled quickly. She also is there to order any additional parts that the technicians may need to get ordered right away.
Our Sales staff is knowledgeable with all the equipment on the market. We will come to your house or place of business and design a system to suit your individual needs.

There is much more that just air conditioning and heating to consider when purchasing a system. You should consider ductwork, air cleaning, humidification, zoning systems, and efficiency of the equipment when choosing a complete home comfort system.
Desert Air Conditioning Service We currently operate eleven radio-dispatched service vehicles. These vehicles are well stocked with most of the commonly used air conditioning and heating unit controls.

Not only are our technicians factory trained, but we constantly offer opportunities for them to continue their education through classes offered by equipment manufacturers to keep them up to date with the latest equipment.
